How not to lose 3 pounds in 24 hours

In one word - Rotovirus.

I don't know where I managed to pick it up, but it is most unpleasant.  Avoid at all costs!

    Yes, it's always a wonderful experience when one of the kids gets "spew-sick." Happily, to date, we have not had MORE THAN one ailing at the same time.
